Another World…..lost in time

February 29th, 2008

The Another World project never really took off. It’s a shame in a way as it could have been really good, but it’s a relief in another way as the project would have been massive. I’ve got another couple of idea’s in the pipeline, but I need to get my greenscreen studio up and running again before commencing with anything else. It’s a real mess at the moment and needs a jolly good tidy.

Another World….

August 1st, 2007

I have decided to make a film version of the classic Amiga game ‘Another World’.

This will involve live action characters combined with 3D generated backgrounds and aliens.

More to come soon…

The Wair Blitch Update!

March 26th, 2007

I’ve updated “The Wair Blitch Project” slightly and included a musical score over the credits. This score was written and sung(terribly!) by me!

I’ve uploaded this to Metacafe where it can be voted on. Click the link below, and don’t forget to vote!  =)

Gamemaker by Mark Overmars

February 22nd, 2007

Has anybody used this program? It’s very good, I must say. It’s basically a drag and drop game maker BUT it includes its own powerful programming language called GML. This is pretty similar to C++, but the program is so easy to use that, in my opinion, it’s better! You can take a look here: GameMaker Homepage and the forums/community are here: Forums . Mark Overmars has just joined forces with YoYo Games to release the next version of Gamemaker(7).

To see what can be made with this program, I highly recommend that you try Seiklus.

Wii for me?

December 11th, 2006

Has anybody in the UK actually got hold of a Nintendo Wii? I’m finding it so hard to get hold of one it’s unreal. I’ve even pre-ordered, but still can’t get one! I’m getting tired of the shopkeepers sniggering and snorting in my face when I ask if they have any left. Maybe I should just give it up as a bad job, eh? But I can’t. It just looks sooooooo much fun! Curse you Nintendo!
